How Do I join?

  • 3.0 GPA (able to maintain a 3.0 GPA)

  • 12 completed college credits

  • Completion of Initiate program

  • A desire to grow as a leader and make a difference on your campus

 

Initiate 

Program

  • 5 to 6 weeks of learning Phi Sigma Pi history and traditions

  • Weekly meetings (MANDATORY, Mondays 7:15)

  • Attend one general chapter meeting

  • Plan one event that embodies the Tripod

  • Pass the National Exam

  • Bond with your Big Brother

  • Bond with your initiate class

Big & Little Program

  • Each initiate gets their own Big Brother

  • Bigs & Littles bond every week in the initiation program

​

  • Bigs and Littles maintain a strong, lifelong, friendship
